Tariq Ahmed Soomro: I Tariq Ahmed Soomro, High School Teacher (HST) @ Govt: High School N0.2 Shikarpur. My appointment in E & L Deptt: is through IBA in 2008 and recently qualified the IBA test for HM. I am M.A, M.Ed: and (M.Phil) is in progress.
